Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finance & Accounts professional to oversee, coordinate, and control day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will manage core accounting functions, handle Joint Venture financial assistance, ensure statutory and tax compliance, and lead periodic financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS and account closing activities.
- JV Support: Assist with day-to-day accounts and finance functions .
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct ledger scrutiny, coordinate with statutory auditors, and facilitate periodic audit requirements.
- Taxation & Operations: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, and support bill passing and pre-audit verification.

Qualifications & Skills: CA / CA-Inter / ICWA / ICWA -Inter or MBA (Finance)

- Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of core financial accounting principles and direct/indirect taxation compliance.
- Software: High proficiency in SAP is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership abilities.
