Responsibilities:

- Prepare US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) returns using OneSource Income Tax (OIT).
- Perform trial balance imports, adjustments, and diagnostics clearing within OIT.
- Support setup and maintenance of chart of accounts, Tax Classification Codes (TCCs), M-line mapping, and state line mapping.
- Import and manage apportionment data and state-specific tax adjustments.
- Post data to organizer and assist in return preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.




- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
- Work onsite as required and contribute to team-based initiatives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications (Technical Behavioral):

- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) compliance.
- Proficiency in OneSource Income Tax (OIT) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Caseware, and Fixed Asset Software (FAS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations.
- Ability to handle trial balance imports, adjustments, and diagnostics within OIT.
- Knowledge of chart of accounts setup, TCCs, M-line mapping, and apportionment processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
