Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in hospital or healthcare operations to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have experience handling doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and administrative employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital administrative staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.




- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and development activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and manpower planning.
- Work closely with hospital management and department heads to meet staffing requirements.
- Ensure HR practices support smooth hospital operations and quality patient care.

Required Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organisation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary hospital staff.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred Candidate: An HR skilled with hands-on experience in hospital HR operations, healthcare recruitment, employee management, and statutory compliance.
