Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production schedules as per demand.
- Supervise mixing, dispersion, grinding, filtration, and filling processes.
- Ensure adherence to product formulations and technical guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process and final quality checks.
- Manage operators and shift staff; monitor productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety norms and statutory regulations.
- Monitor raw material consumption, control wastage, and maintain batch records.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).
- 15+ years of experience in liquid manufacturing (Paint/Chemical industry preferred).

Key Skills

- Solid knowledge of liquid processing and formulation.
- Experience in paint / resin / solvent manufacturing.
- Process optimization and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards in chemical manufacturing.
- Strong supervision and problem-solving ability.
