About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing eInvoice product team. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive the development of our Global eInvoicing product.

You will work at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery, and customer experience helping us build a compliant, scalable, and user-centric eInvoice solution. If you thrive in fast-paced Agile environments, love solving ambiguous problems, and can confidently navigate conversations with both C-suite stakeholders and backend engineers, this role is for you.

Must-Have Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in a product or software delivery environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories.
- Proven experience working directly and collaboratively with software development teams in an Agile / Scrum setting.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs ability to read and interpret API documentation, understand request/response structures (JSON/XML), HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys).
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation ability to create and execute API requests, inspect responses, and collaborate with developers to verify integrations and debug issues.




- Hands-on experience and proficiency in using AI tools and AI-driven productivity assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or domain-specific AI platforms) to accelerate requirement generation, documentation, workflow optimization, and technical research.
- Experience working alongside QA/testing teams to define test cases and support end-to-end testing cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable engaging with executives, product managers, and technical leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving product environment.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

- Hands-on experience with eInvoicing platforms, workflows, or compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) standards, BIS Billing, and related protocols.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma (or similar), and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with international eInvoice mandates (e.g., EN16931, GST/e-Invoice mandates, Factur-X, ZUGFeRD).
- Experience in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or ERP product environment.
- Understanding of XML/JSON data structures and API-based integrations (does not need to write code).
- Experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
