Role & responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
- Create high-quality promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform audio cleaning, noise reduction, sound synchronization, color correction, and color grading.
- Create strong opening hooks and maintain engaging pacing to improve audience retention.
- Resize and adapt videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to understand video concepts and deliverables.
- Manage revisions and ensure final videos meet quality standards.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with 02 years of experience; freshers with robust practical skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video-editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics,



and visual effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and social media video trends.
- Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and subtitle creation.
- Ability to edit both vertical short-form videos and horizontal long-form videos.
- Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing ability is mandatory.
