- Valuable knowledge of grinding and assembly processes.
- Ability to handle production lines independently.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting grinding and assembly machines.
- Understanding of production documents and metrics, including hourly targets, PPH (Pieces Per Hour), and PPM (Parts Per Million).
