Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with taxation and statutory compliance. Candidates with knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and accounting software are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle bookkeeping, ledger entries, and invoice preparation.
- Assist with GST return preparation and filing.
- Manage TDS calculations, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.




- Maintain accurate financial documents and accounting records.
- Work with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect financial documents.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
- Respond to basic client queries related to accounting and taxation.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related qualification preferred.
- Basic to positive knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR filing will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
