Conduct internal quality audits across collection centers
Drive CAPA implementation and ensure timely audit closures
Maintain Phlebotomist data - qualifications, training records, etc.
Support NABL accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives
Investigate quality incidents, deviations, and customer complaints
Conduct quality and compliance training for Phlebotomists
Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and safety protocols
Experience in NABL-accredited diagnostic labs or healthcare organizations
Strong grasp of QMS, internal audits, CAPA, risk management, and accreditation requirements
Robust pre-analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Willingness to travel to collection centers as required
