We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Visa Filling Executive to assist with visa application processing and documentation for various countries.
Responsibilities
- Fill out tourist and business visa application forms accurately.
- Check and verify customer documents as per visa requirements.
- Assist with passport details, application forms, photographs and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and information.
- Maintain customer records and track application status.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and application updates.
