- Create course content, slide content, activities, case studies, and learning materials.
- Design course structure based on learning objectives and learner requirements.
- Develop storyboards and voice-over/recording scripts.
- Create quizzes, assessments, and question banks.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft course outlines, slides, and scripts, followed by
- proper review and editing.
- Map learning objectives and content to Blooms Taxonomy.
- Conduct subject research and fact-checking to ensure content accuracy.
- Review and edit content for quality, consistency, grammar, and UK English.
- Prepare the final content pack and VO scripts and hand it over to the production team.
- Coordinate with SMEs, content teams,
and production teams whenever required.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4 years of experience in Instructional Design, e-learning content development, course writing, or curriculum development.
- Strong experience in course/content writing and assessment creation.
- Good understanding of learning objectives and Blooms Taxonomy.
- Experience in storyboarding and script writing.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content development.
- Solid research, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Good command of English, preferably UK English.
