Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura Components.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Develop reusable and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Write, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and controllers as required.
- Implement Salesforce workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor limit management,



and secure coding standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize application performance.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce change sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards.

Required Technical Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Strong programming experience in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
- Hands-on experience with Visualforce Pages and Controllers.
- Experience developing and maintaining Aura Components.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce data modeling, objects, relationships, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations using REST/SOAP.
- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, governor limits, and Salesforce platform best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
