Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Department: Sales | Role: Inbound & Outbound Inside Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in both inbound and outbound sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into customers.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and business development.

- Perform cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchase intent.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closure.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up activities in CRM or sales trackers.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.

- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales processes.

- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion.

- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
