Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and manage Smart City Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) projects across Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, technical coordination, client management, contractual compliance, financial monitoring, and successful delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution, deployment, commissioning, and operations of Smart City ITMS projects.
- Manage ITMS infrastructure, including traffic surveillance cameras, ANPR, RLVD, e-challan systems, Adaptive Traffic Control Systems (ATCS), traffic signals, networking, OFC, and Command and Control Centre integration.
- Coordinate with Smart City SPVs, municipal authorities, traffic police, government departments, consultants, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, quality standards, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), system uptime requirements, manpower deployment, and performance benchmarks.
- Manage project billing, milestone approvals, invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, vendor coordination, and cost control.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, technical experts, site supervisors, and field support personnel.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot escalated issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical faults.
- Identify project risks, manage client escalations, minimize SLA penalties, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain project documentation, asset records, operational reports, and handover documentation.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of overall skilled experience, preferably in Smart City, ITMS, ITS, traffic surveillance, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, system integration, deployment, and operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ITMS technologies, traffic enforcement systems, surveillance, networking, and Command and Control Centre operations.
- Experience in government projects, client coordination, contract management, SLA compliance, billing, and payment realization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, multiple stakeholders, project budgets, and tight delivery schedules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in Madhya Pradesh as required.
