Responsible for strengthening alumni relations, organising alumni engagement activities, and building robust alumni networks to support student mentoring, career development, industry linkages, and institutional growth.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Maintain and regularly update the alumni database across all departments and graduating batches.

- Develop and implement an annual alumni engagement plan with measurable targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with alumni through regular communication and engagement initiatives.

- Organise alumni meets, reunions, networking events, and guest lectures at MIET and in major Indian cities.

- Engage alumni in student mentoring, career guidance, internships, placements, and entrepreneurship initiatives.

- Connect with distinguished alumni, industry professionals, and entrepreneurs to create opportunities for students and strengthen institutional linkages.

- Coordinate with academic departments, the Training and Placement Cell,



and the MIET Alumni Association to implement alumni engagement activities.

- Document and promote alumni achievements and success stories through the institutional website, newsletters, and social media.

- Support alumni chapters and encourage greater alumni participation.

- Maintain records of alumni interactions, events, and contributions while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Prepare reports and verified alumni data for accreditation, rankings, institutional reviews, and quality assurance.

- Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned by the institution.
