Role & responsibilities

- Supervise modular interior projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and customized furniture.
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate with carpenters, installers, and other workers.
- Check site measurements and ensure accurate installation according to approved drawings.
- Read and understand interior design drawings and execution plans.
- Monitor material quality, hardware fittings, finishing, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams for timely material delivery.
- Track project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and resolve installation issues.
- Ensure proper site cleanliness, material handling, and safety.
- Conduct final quality inspections and complete pending work before client handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- 24 years of experience in modular interiors or interior site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and furniture installation.




- Ability to understand working drawings and take accurate site measurements.
- Experience managing carpenters, installers, and site workers.
- Knowledge of modular furniture materials, laminates, hardware, and fittings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work at project sites in Vijayawada and nearby locations.
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification preferred.
- Telugu communication skills required; basic English is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
