Tribeca Developers - Hiring a finance lead to bring AI and automation into the finance function of a large branded luxury developer. The role keeps the numbers accurate and forecasts sharper, and it rebuilds routine finance work on AI-enabled workflows.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role suits a finance professional who understands real estate accounts and wants to apply AI to planning, controls and management reporting. The lead owns forecasting, project and cash-flow analytics, and reporting for the group.

JD

1. AI-enabled forecasting. Build and maintain forecasts for sales collections, construction spend, cash flow and project margins across group entities and SPVs.

2. Finance automation. Automate bank and vendor reconciliations, GST and TDS reconciliation, invoice processing and the month-end close, using ERP and AI tools.

3. Project feasibility and modelling. Build financial models for current land and joint development deals, with scenario and sensitivity analysis.

4. Management reporting. Produce dashboards and variance analysis for leadership, with commentary that explains the drivers behind the numbers.

5. Data and controls. Set up data pipelines so that finance reports draw on clean, reconciled data from ERP, CRM and bank feeds.

6. AI governance in finance. Define policy for AI use in finance, covering data privacy, model validation and audit trail.

7. Compliance support.



Support RERA, project accounting and revenue recognition reporting with automated

checks and exception reports.

8. Planning and capital. Work with the Head of Accounts and Finance on budgeting, capital planning and lender reporting, and support investor and IPO-related financial analysis.

9. Team capability. Train the finance team in practical AI and analytics tools, and document new workflows.

TECHNICAL AND AI SKILLS

- Hands-on use of at least one ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, or Tally with IN4 or similar) and strong Excel or Google Sheets modelling.
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data preparation, or a strong willingness to learn. No-code and low-code analytics tools are acceptable.
- Practical use of generative AI tools for analysis, document drafting and reconciliation, with a clear view of their limits.
- Experience with BI or dashboard tools such as Power BI or Looker.
- Understanding of data privacy, access controls and audit trails for finance data.

Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance or Business Analytics from a reputed institution. A CA with a data or analytics certification is preferred.

5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a role that combined analytics, systems

or automation work.
