CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED

Monthly Salary: USD 1,000 to 1,500

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead quantity surveying activities, cost planning, and budget monitoring.
- Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
- Monitor variations, contractual claims, and project cost changes.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate costs where appropriate.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective cost control.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, with robust senior-level capability.
- Extensive knowledge of construction contracts,



cost estimation, and commercial management.
- Experience handling large-scale resort or hospitality construction projects is preferred.
- Maldives work experience is an added advantage.

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in the respective position.
- Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
- Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience are required for the respective positions.
