Responsibilities

- We are seeking a high-performing Manager to lead and manage large-scale CSR initiatives. The role requires a seasoned project management qualified who can take complete ownership of program planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, and impact delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing CSR, education, skilling, or workforce development programs and possess a deep understanding of the ecosystem involving government agencies, academia, industry bodies, training partners, and implementation organizations. We are not looking for experience of vocational skilling. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders and ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery, achievement of program outcomes, and long-term sustainability of initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Computer Applications




- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Master of Business Administration
- Master of Computer Applications

Experience

- CSR engagement management (7+years)
