Your key responsibilities

- Robust understanding of transaction tax, structuring, and related corporate law and regulatory frameworks. Ability to apply commercial insights and industry knowledge to deliver practical tax advisory solutions.



Experience in managing client delivery across complex tax advisory engagements. Capability to support tax structuring recommendations aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in contributing to business development through technically sound advisory input and market awareness.
