Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for 5 Area Sales Manager positions across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with the selected ASMs to support recruitment of field sales workers per area.
- Source candidates through Naukri, recruitment portals, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates, arrange interviews and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment reports and employee retention records.
- From Week 3 onward, conduct remote verification calls, review field activity records and flag reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with our international management team and provide regular updates.

Requirements

- 2-3+ years of relevant bulk hiring or field sales recruitment for fintech, telecom, BFSI, delivery or other frontline roles.
- Experience working with a recruitment consultancy,



staffing agency or talent acquisition team is preferred.
- Experience hiring Field Sales Executives, sales promoters, merchant acquisition executives for digital payment platforms such as GooglePay, BhatatPe, Paytm is an advantage.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with remote reporting and approved work-monitoring tools.
- Own laptop/desktop, stable internet and smartphone.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

- Fully remote, full time position.
- Fixed monthly salary of 25,000 - 35,000.
- Additional performance incentives based on confirmed recruitment and retention milestones.
