Responsibilities:

- Responsible for IQC, IPQC for NTI/NPI activities.
- Ensure SPC for critical process are implemented.
- Knowledgeable on AQL sampling.
- Identify critical processes to implement special check points in the process.
- Update control plans and FMEA
- Ensure calibration of measurement tools are up to date.
- Clear understanding on package reliability (AECQ-100.
- Able to drive reliability activities as per the plan to ensure results are published on time.

Essential Attributes:

- Experience in semiconductor backend processes and reliability.
- Good networking with suppliers to obtain efficient support.
- Able to understand customer s requirement.
- Good understanding on creating WI, SOP.
- Solid presentation skills with excellent networking skills.
- Excellent English communication to work with a diverse cross-functional culture.
- Able to work under pressure to deliver task on time.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor s or Master s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering.

Desired Experience Level:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging.
