- Installation and Commissioning: Set up, wire, and test new lithium-ion battery packs, inverters, and power storage units at client locations.
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identify fault typessuch as cell-level failures, BMS errors, loose welds, thermal damage, or balancing issuesusing multimeters, IR meters, and diagnostic software.
- Repairs and Rework: Perform cell replacements, BMS reprogramming or swaps, spot/laser re-welding, and wiring fixes while adhering to high-voltage safety standards.
- Validation and Testing: Run charge-discharge cycling, internal resistance tests, and communication checks (such as CAN bus testing) before returning serviced packs to service.
- Customer Support and Training: Train operators and local technicians on secure handling, charging practices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain service logs, record serial-number-wise fault histories, and draft root-cause analysis (RCA) reports for R&D; and quality teams
