Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop process layouts for new products, ensuring efficient production flow and minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and implement changes to optimize processes.
- Develop detailed designs for manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures using industrial engineering principles.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement time reduction strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize production workflows to maximize output and minimize waste.

Job Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of industrial engineering principles, including layout design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with costing methods to analyze product costs and identify opportunities for reduction.
- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of process engineering principles, including cost and time reduction techniques.
- Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts and practices is an added advantage.
