Site Lead at JLL in Vadodara, Gujrat. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate. Experience Required: 3-5 Years of Experience. Shift Timings: General Shift. Work Schedule: 6 Days/week.

Specific Skills

- Facility Manager with expertise in soft services and comprehensive knowledge of both technical and soft service operations. Demonstrated hands-on experience with technical equipment and plant preventive maintenance (PPM) programs.

Responsibilities

- Leading on-site operations
- Oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility.
- The Site Lead will be SPOC for FM services and leading a team or vendor group to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and ensure that they are maintained at all times.
- Boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes.
- Promote adherence to health and safety standards to ensure the safety of colleagues.
- Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and the client; be comfortable working across all levels.
- Be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to deliver quality work practices according to the contract and at the right cost.
- Ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements and that contracts are delivered at the right cost and in line with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.




- Promote teamwork across the board through training and coaching and by upholding the I am JLL core behaviours and fostering teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence.

Requirements

- Three to five years experience of managing a facility / property.
- Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets.
- A goal-oriented individual with adeptness in health and safety requirements, vendor management and facility technical systems management.
- An understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical Electrical system, BMS system).
- Location: On-site - Vadodara, GJ
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
