Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality corporate presentations (PPTs) for leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Develop and maintain brand-aligned templates, ensuring consistency across all communications

• Create social media creatives for LinkedIn, campaigns, and employer branding

• Design internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and posters

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to convert content into visually engaging formats

• Ensure all designs align with company branding, tone, and visual identity

• Support website and digital design requirements (basic level)

• Manage multiple design requests with timely delivery

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (must-have)





• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Good understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory

• Experience in creating corporate-style designs (not just social media)

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma

• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into visuals

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines

Positive to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)

• Exposure to motion graphics or simple animations

• Experience in enterprise or B2B environments
