Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with GST, TDS, banking, and other accounting compliances. Candidates with knowledge of Tally and export-import accounting will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, vouchers, and expense entries.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor payment transactions.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit documentation.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, receipts,



and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, and consultants.
- Support export-import documentation and related accounting activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a trading, export-import, or manufacturing company will be an advantage.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and Tally are preferred.
