Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Interiors to manage and execute interior fit-out and commercial interior projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, client coordination, site execution, quality control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver interior projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including site surveys, design coordination, material procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, BOQs, billing, variations, and additional work requirements.
- Ensure the availability of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment at project sites.
- Supervise site teams and contractors to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, production,



and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements are followed at all project sites.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement corrective measures.
- Handle client meetings, progress updates, escalations, and approvals.
- Verify completed work, manage snag lists, and ensure timely project closure and handover.
- Maintain project documentation, including work orders, site reports, meeting minutes, material records, and completion reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial interiors or corporate fit-out projects.
- Robust knowledge of interior fit-out execution, civil works, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, BOQ management, billing, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong skills in client management, vendor coordination, team leadership, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project scheduling tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
