Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience queries.
- Research competitors and trends to improve content strategy.
- Write clear and engaging content for social media posts.
- Write clear and engaging content for blogs.
- Write clear and engaging content for email campaigns.
- Write clear and engaging content for website updates.
- Assist in creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Basic SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, title/meta updates.
- Support in improving website ranking and generating organic traffic.
- Assist in running email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Manage mailing lists and track performance metrics.
- Work on basic digital lead-generation activities.
- Utilize digital channels for promoting Zoho product services and training.
- Track campaign performance using Zoho Marketing Tools, Google Analytics,



and social media insights dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content writing).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn Zoho Marketing tools (Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation).
- Creativity and ability to work in a rapid-paced IT/Software environment.
