We have urgent hiring for Purchase &VD; Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager / Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for PAN India Airport Projects & New Plant. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Procurement, Vendor Development, commercial negotiations, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from material requirement generation to final delivery.
- Procure Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Project, Materials, including BOP (Balance of Plant) items, indirect materials, MRO items, industrial consumables, installation materials, ancillary materials, and site/project support materials.
- Identify, develop, evaluate, and qualify new vendors.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor supplier commitments, open POs,



pending deliveries, material shortages, and project procurement priorities.
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering through strategic sourcing and effective negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, procurement reports, pending PO reports, and vendor performance reports.

Preferred Industry Experience - Candidates with experience in Infrastructure/EPC/Engineering/Manufacturing, or Telecom Projects will be preferred.
