- Monitor CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, and DVRs to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
- Conduct regular checks on fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, and surveillance equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Collaborate with other teams to investigate incidents and provide evidence for law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities, alerts, and notifications.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in physical security operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CCTV monitoring software applications (e.g., VMS) and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems, intruder alarm systems, and surveillance technology (IP cameras).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
