Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and line efficiency.
- Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards and specifications.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores for timely material supply.
- Maintain production reports, shift handover reports, downtime records, and rejection reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, GMP, and company procedures.
- Identify production losses and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Manage and guide operators, technicians, and production workers.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth production.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, and downtime to improve productivity.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.
