Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine material and labour requirements.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and budget forecasts for construction projects.
- Handle client billing, contractor bills.
- Monitor project costs, identify cost variations, and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage subcontractor billing, measurement sheets, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Review and evaluate tender documents, quotations, and contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.




- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS or billing software.
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings, BOQ, and rate analysis.
- Experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, and contract management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in the engineering and construction industry.
- Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost management.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
