Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy across Corporate HR functions and Dealership Networks (Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and Construction Equppment & Mining Vehicles). This role is responsible for manpower forecasting, end-to-end executive/leadership hiring, vendor management, HRMS E-Recruitment implementation, and leveraging recruitment analytics through MIS and dashboards to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Planning

- Align TA strategies with business expansion plans, recent dealership rollouts, and corporate growth objectives.
- Build and maintain dynamic talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles across Corporate, Passenger Vehicle (PV), Commercial Vehicle (CV) , Construction Equppment & Mining Vehicles dealership operations.

2. Corporate & Leadership Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT) and leadership/executive positions (General Managers, National/Regional Sales Heads, Service Operations Leaders, Dealership Principals).
- Develop headhunting, direct sourcing, and networking strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent from the automotive ecosystem.

3. Automobile Dealership Recruitment (PV,CV, CE&M;)

- Oversee recruitment processes for End to end of Passenger Vehicle (PV) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) Construction Equppment & Mining(CE&M;) Vehicles dealership operations.

4. HRMS E-Recruitment Modules & Job Portals

- Drive the end-to-end utilization and optimization of HRMS E-Recruitment modules and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Oversee multi-channel sourcing using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), niche automotive platforms, campus drives, and recruitment agency networks.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies,



executive search firms, and job portal vendors to maximize ROI.

5. TA Analytics, MIS & Dashboards

- Design, build, and maintain real-time TA dashboards and periodic MIS reports to track key recruitment metrics:
- Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire, Sourcing channel efficiency, Offer acceptance ratio, Early attrition rate.
- Leverage data and insights to optimize recruiting processes, improve candidate quality, and present status updates to executive leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time Hiring SLA Compliance for Corporate and Dealership roles.
- Cost per Hire Optimization within defined budget limits.
- Leadership Hiring Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality of hire.
- E-Recruitment/HRMS Adoption and candidate tracking compliance.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent master's degree from a recognized institution.
- Overall Experience: 1015+ years of core Talent Acquisition experience in the Automotive / Automobile sector.
- Mandatory Background:
- Hands-on exposure to Corporate HR hiring.
- Proven experience in Automobile Dealership recruitment covering both Passenger Vehicles (PV) and Commercial Vehicles (CV).

Technical & Functional Competencies

- Leadership Hiring: Proven track record of sourcing and closing CXO / GM / DGM level positions.
- HRMS & ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with E-Recruitment modules in enterprise HRMS platforms and ATS platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or HR dashboards for creating TA MIS and executive presentations.
- Strategic Sourcing: Deep knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting techniques, and industry networking.

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-location recruitment drives.
