Role & responsibilities

- Lead AI initiatives from concept to deployment, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, data teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend AI platforms, cloud services, and commercial solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop AI-based solutions and architecture blueprints for AI platforms, applications, integrations, and enterprise services, leveraging modern AI capabilities such as Generative AI, AI agents, and RAG.
- Provide architecture leadership across AI solutions, data, integrations, APIs, and governance processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Produce and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and technical governance artifacts.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives by identifying practical use cases and enabling responsible, secure, and scalable implementation across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI methodologies, best practices, and tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing enterprise solutions, cloud-native applications, AI-enabled platforms,



data-driven systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, enterprise AI platforms, Copilot technologies, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI trends.
- Experience with modern software development platforms and technologies such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, cloud-native services, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including AI, integration, security, data, and application services. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud is desirable.
- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate architecture decisions effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience developing solution architecture documents, technical designs, and architecture diagrams.
- Experience leading architecture reviews, design governance, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Robust understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-based architectures, security principles, and data governance.
- Experience evaluating vendor products, SaaS platforms, and AI solutions.
