Qualification Required- any graduate

Experience- 2 year Business Development/Govt Sales/project/corporate sales within the building materials industry.

JOB ROLE

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage business opportunities in Government Departments, Government Projects, and Institutional Sales.
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, contractors, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
Handle channel partners, distributors, and dealers to drive sales growth.
Generate business through the retail market and expand the customer base.
Identify current business opportunities, participate in tenders/RFPs where applicable, and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects.
Candidate Profile:
38 years of sales experience in the Building Material industry.




Must have hands-on exposure to Government Sales/Government Projects/Institutional Sales.
Experience in handling Channel Sales and Retail Sales is mandatory.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry: Building Materials (Tiles, Sanitaryware, Pipes, Paints, Adhesives, Electricals, Plywood, Hardware, Steel, Roofing, Glass, Modular Products, etc.)
Note: Candidates from the Cement industry will not be considered.

Candidate Profile

- 24 years of experience in Business Development/Govt Sales/project/corporate sales within the building materials industry.
- Presentable personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Own conveyance required and local candidates are preferred.
