Dharna Engineers is a manufacturing company dealing in furniture and garage equipment. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop dealer and distributor networks across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales, networking, and market research.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's furniture, garage equipment, and industrial products.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and business agreements with customers and channel partners.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to expand market reach.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and business development.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and track sales performance.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or channel sales.
- Experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial product sales is preferred.
- Candidates from furniture manufacturing, automobile, garage equipment, and industrial products industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop current markets, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
