We are hiring skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions in the Mechanical Design, CAD Engineering, and Technical Training domain.

1. Position: CAD Engineer Mechanical

- Freshers or Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Salary: 25,000 to 42,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
- Required Software Skills:

- AutoCAD
- Creo
- SolidWorks
- Mastercam
- ANSYS
- Other relevant Mechanical Design Software

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed mechanical engineering drawings and develop accurate 2D and 3D designs using relevant CAD software.
- Conduct software training for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
- Provide technical support and assist learners in resolving software-related issues.
- Manage assigned student batches, maintain engagement, and track student progress.
- Deliver corporate training, technical workshops, and advanced lectures.
- Guide students on projects, career development, and technical skill enhancement.
- Support final-year projects, research activities, and prototype/product development.
- Provide technical assistance to industrial and corporate clients.
- Maintain training reports, student records, and progress updates.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies, training methodologies, and industry-relevant learning programs.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical CAD design and engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, Mastercam, and ANSYS.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering drawings, 2D/3D modelling, and design concepts.
- Good communication, technical training,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage student batches, provide project guidance, and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Experience in technical training or corporate training will be an advantage.

2. Position: HOD / Senior CAD Engineer Mechanical

- Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Salary:40,000 to 50,000 per month
- Salary Revision: Maximum 30% hike over current CTC, subject to suitability and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the Mechanical Design and Training Department, overseeing departmental operations, staff performance, and training activities.
- Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to the CAD and mechanical design team.
- Review mechanical drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and design outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Plan and conduct software training for students, college students, corporate employees, and industry professionals.
- Organize technical workshops, advanced lectures, and industry-oriented training programs.
- Guide students and professionals on final-year projects, research activities, career development, and technical skill enhancement.
- Support prototype development,



product design, and engineering-related project activities.
- Provide technical support to industrial and corporate clients while building strong professional relationships.
- Manage batch allocation, staff coordination, student progress tracking, and departmental reporting.
- Develop and implement new technologies, advanced training methodologies, and industry-relevant learning programs.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of responsibilities.
- Maintain quality standards, manage multiple assignments, and ensure effective training and technical outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical CAD design, engineering, or a related domain.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, Mastercam, and ANSYS.
- Proven leadership, team management, staff coordination, and departmental management skills.
- Experience in software training, student mentoring, corporate training, or technical support will be an advantage.
- Robust understanding of mechanical design, modelling, assemblies, simulation, and product development.
- Excellent communication, reporting, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage departmental operations, guide team members, and deliver effective technical and training outcomes.
