Job Overview :-

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable legal professional to oversee and manage all corporate legal matters, including criminal, civil, consumer, drafting & vetting, brand-related issues, and other legal affairs. The role requires strong leadership abilities, sound legal judgment, and the capability to independently handle cases while providing legal guidance and reporting to management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee corporate legal matters including criminal, civil, consumer, property, and brand-related issues.
- Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents, agreements, and notices in both Hindi and English.
- Lead and supervise a team of 4 to 6 legal team members, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.
- Provide legal opinions, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to management. Maintain strong academic and practical understanding of Indian laws, including criminal, civil, and property laws.
- Handle legal matters independently and keep management updated on progress, risks, and resolutions.

Coordinate with external legal counsels, government departments, and authorities whenever required.

- Ensure compliance with legal standards and safeguard the company's interests at all times.



Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and integrate them into internal practices.

Qualifications

- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution Certifications
- Must be registered with the Bar Council

Specific Skills & Competencies

- Strong command over legal drafting in both Hindi and English
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of Indian law (criminal, civil, consumer, property, etc.)
- Self-motivated, smart-working, and proactive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to independently manage legal matters and communicate effectively with management

In nutshell..what our client mainly reuiqre:

1. Experience - 15 to 20 Yrs in Real Estate

2. Rera Exp., Corporate legal matters, Property matters, Criminical, Consumer, Civil Cases, Brand related cases and other legal affairrs.

3. Lead 4 to 6 legal team.

4. Qualification - LLB / LLM

5. Certification - Must be registered with the Bar Council

6. Robust command over legal drafting in both Hindi and English.

7. Salary - 15 LPA to 18 LPA (Little bit Negotiable for deserving candidates).

8. Location - Noida HO.
