- Ability to identify trending topics, reels, videos, and content formats to improve audience engagement and community growth.
- Basic skills in content writing, caption writing, content planning, and social media management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva and video editing applications is an added advantage.
- Ability to support event promotions, coordinate social media activities during events, and create engaging content before, during, and after events.
- Willingness to coordinate with event, editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns and event-related activities.
- Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media and events setting.
