SAP CO Management Accounting
- As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications.
- The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements.
- The work workplace encourages the use of contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to maintain high performance and adaptability throughout the software development lifecycle.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and cost controlling within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in integrating SAP CO modules with other SAP components to streamline business operations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP CO related custom developments.
- Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
