JOB TITLE: HR Digital Associate – Data Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist with 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud to manage HR master data, data quality, system transactions, data governance, and HR data operations across global entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, data migration, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder management while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Cloud Data Management

- Maintain and manage employee master data across Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions including:
- Hire, Rehire, Transfer
- Promotion and Salary Changes
- Organizational Changes
- Global Transfers
- Terminations and End-of-Service transactions

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and coordinate with functional and technical teams for resolution.

Data Governance & Quality

- Perform periodic data validation and audits.
- Monitor and improve HR data quality KPIs.
- Implement data governance standards and controls.




- Identify and resolve data discrepancies across Oracle Cloud and downstream systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.

Data Conversion & Mass Uploads

- Execute bulk data uploads using:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader)
- Oracle Spreadsheet Loader

- Support data migration activities for acquisitions, divestments, and system implementations.
- Validate uploaded data and prepare reconciliation reports.

Reporting & Analytics

- HCM Extracts
- Support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams with data reporting requirements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc workforce analytics reports.

Integration Support

- Coordinate with technical teams on inbound and outbound integrations.
- Conduct data reconciliation between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
- Support testing activities for system enhancements and releases.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and IT teams.
- Handle data-related queries and escalations within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in global HR transformation and automation initiatives.
- Provide user support and training on Oracle HCM data processes.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

- 4-8 years of experience in HR Data Management operations.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Core HR
- Workforce Structures
- Employment Lifecycle Management
- Security and Data Access Concepts

- Experience with HDL, HSDL, and mass data upload activities.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.
- Strong knowledge of HR data governance and data quality management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
- Experience supporting global HR operations.
- Knowledge of Payroll interfaces and payroll data processing.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, acquisitions, mergers, or divestiture projects.
- Understanding of integration tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
