Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Python programming and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable applications, building REST APIs, designing cloud-native solutions, and deploying applications on AWS. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, SQS, and SNS.
- Design and optimize databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Implement application security, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Develop automated unit tests, integration tests, and deployment workflows.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to streamline application delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Follow coding standards, security best practices,



and Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with robust hands-on expertise in Python.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, SQS, and SNS.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and application monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and serverless application development.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- AWS certifications are an added advantage.
