Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle, including tender identification, documentation, bid submission, post-award coordination, order execution, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, HLL, AIIMS, State Government & other portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Prepare tender checklists, technical/commercial bids and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with OEMs, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse & Service teams for required documentation and order execution.
- Manage OEM authorizations, certifications, statutory documents and compliance requirements.
- Track POs, delivery schedules, installations, performance security, bank guarantees and invoices.
- Follow up for acceptance certificates, payments and outstanding receivables.




- Maintain tender/contract records, trackers and MIS reports.
- Support the Tender Manager in daily tendering and business operations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
- 1-4 years experience in tender management, government procurement, bid management or business operations.
- Freshers with strong documentation and analytical skills may also be considered.
- Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP and government e-procurement portals preferred.
- Solid documentation, coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
