Key Responsibilities Duties
Revenue Generation Territory Expansion:
Plan, execute, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated geographic territory.
Identify untapped market opportunities, acquire current B2B/B2C accounts, and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail channel network.
Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and pricing analysis to position company products effectively.
Channel Partner Management:
Onboard, train, and manage key channel partners (distributors, dealers, stockists, or corporate clients).
Ensure optimal inventory levels with channel partners and drive primary and secondary sales throughput.
Resolve channel conflicts, handle customer complaints, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
Field Team Leadership Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Field Sales Executives / Territory Officers.
Set daily/weekly beat plans, conduct joint field visits, and review team performance against KPIs.
Drive sales force effectiveness, product training,



and field motivation.
Outstanding Recovery Commercial Governance:
Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and enforce credit limits for channel partners and corporate clients.
Take ownership of timely payment collections and outstanding recovery to minimize bad debts.
Ensure seamless coordination with the supply chain and dispatch teams for on-time order fulfillment.
