Key Responsibilities

- Assist physicians in patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment under their supervision.
- Record patient history, clinical findings and vital signs.
- Conduct preliminary patient evaluations and assist in clinical examinations.
- Monitor patients' clinical conditions and report significant changes to the treating physician.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist with ward rounds, follow-up consultations and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans and follow-up care, as directed by the physician.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices and patient safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc. Physician Assistant or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Good clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Patient-focused approach with a robust commitment to quality and safety.
