- Manage the development, execution, and delivery of structured products across various asset classes.
- Managing Client Governance , Team trade allocation as well as reviewing Trade review by the team, & adhoc activities like Audit and other client request
- Understanding the review process in entirety and performing reviews for multi-Asset (Equity/Rates/ FX/ Credit/ Commodity) desks for various structured products
- Performing 3-way reconciliation between booking system, term sheet and pricing supplement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop strategies for new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to structured products.
- Analyze market trends, risks, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in investment banking or a similar industry.
- Robust understanding of governance frameworks for structured products (e.g., swaps).
- Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple departments within an organization.
