ElderGo is India s dedicated travel company for senior citizens (60+). We design and run all-inclusive group tours, in India and abroad, for people in their sixties and seventies who want to see the world in comfort, safety and good company. For a lot of them, these trips turn out to be the best weeks of their retirement. India has one of the largest and fastest-growing senior populations in the world, and almost nobody is building seriously for them. We are, and we re adding destinations and departures quickly.

The Role
You ll travel with our groups, usually 20 to 24 senior citizens, and run the trip on the ground. You re with them from the moment you meet them at Bengaluru airport until you bring them home.
That covers airports and immigration, hotels and meals, keeping each day moving at a pace that suits everyone, explaining the places you visit, and looking after every person in the group along the way. When something goes wrong, like a delayed flight, a closed road or someone who isn t feeling well, you re the one there. Every evening, you keep our office in the loop.
Our tours run in India and abroad. Which ones you lead depends on your experience.

reminders and paperwork are handled by our team in Bengaluru. Your job is the people in front of you.

This is a full-time, on-the-road role. Expect to be away from home about 18-22 days a month on average.

Who You ll Work With
You ll join our team of tour managers. Our operations and customer relationship team backs you up from Bengaluru on every trip, so you re never handling the office side alone.

What You Can Expect

- Every tour expense is on us: travel, stay, food, entry tickets. Nothing comes out of your pocket.

- At least 3 days at home between tours, and comp-offs for the weekends you travel.

- Room to grow as we add new destinations and departures.

- Work that means something. You re the reason a 70-year-old comes home and books the next trip.

Who Can Apply

- You ve travelled to at least three different countries outside India yourself.

- You ve led or escorted groups on trips before (strongly preferred).

- You have a valid passport with at least 2 years left, and no past visa refusals.

- You re comfortable working in English and Hindi.

- You re based in Bengaluru, or willing to relocate.
