Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, acquiring, and facilitating land-related approvals for solar power projects. The role involves coordination with landowners, government authorities, local bodies, and internal teams to ensure timely land acquisition and clearances for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Land Identification & Acquisition

- Identify suitable land parcels for solar power projects based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and land feasibility studies.
- Negotiate with landowners for land purchase, lease, or right-of-way agreements.
- Ensure transparent land titles and ownership verification.

Government Liaison & Approvals

- Coordinate with revenue, forest, and local government departments for approvals and permissions.
- Obtain land conversion, mutation, and other statutory clearances.
- Follow up with government offices to expedite approvals and resolve land-related issues.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain complete records of land documents, agreements, and approvals.
- Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence and agreement execution.




- Ensure compliance with state and central government regulations related to land acquisition.

Project Coordination

- Collaborate with engineering, legal, project development, and EPC teams.
- Support project timelines by ensuring timely land handover and clearance acquisition.
- Prepare status reports and updates on land acquisition progress.

Required Qualifications

- Any graduate
- 5-10 years of experience in land acquisition, liaisoning, or renewable energy projects.
- Knowledge of land records, revenue processes, and statutory approvals.
- Familiarity with solar power project development is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Land acquisition targets achieved.
- Timely completion of approvals and clearances.
- Accuracy of land documentation.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Project milestone adherence.
