Required Skills

- Overall 7+ years, experience in AEM DevOps programs.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) delivery and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, release management, environment management, and infrastructure operations

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar Agile/DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning for AEM DevOps workstreams.
- Manage sprint delivery by tracking user stories, defects, operational tasks, and deployment activities to ensure on-time completion of sprint commitments.
- Coordinate AEM release and deployment activities across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments, working closely with DevOps and platform teams.
- Track and remove delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks impacting CI/CD pipelines, setting availability, infrastructure, and release schedules.




- Maintain Agile governance and reporting, including velocity, burn-down charts, sprint metrics, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among AEM developers, DevOps engineers, Akamai/CDN teams, QA teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve deployment efficiency, release quality, automation maturity, and team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps best practices, supporting high-quality, predictable, and scalable delivery.
